IT’S MORE THAN JUST A MEAL…

What is the Nutrition Program for Older Adults?
This program provides nutritious meals to older persons in two ways – a noon meal at our five Senior Cafes, and meal delivery to homebound persons.

Who can eat at a Senior Cafe?
Anyone is welcome! Different prices apply based on age.

How much does a meal cost?
For those age 60 years and older, a $5.00 donation is requested for a meal.
For those under 60, a meal cost $11.00.

Why participate in the Nutrition Program?
The nutrition program offers more than just a meal. In addition to an opportunity to    enjoy a meal in a warm, family-like atmosphere, many new friends are met through the  Senior Cafe. Other activities, including community volunteer opportunities, cards, BINGO, craft activities, and more, are available through the Nutrition Program.

How do I make a meal reservation?
Call your Senior Cafe at least 24 hours in advance to reserve a meal.  Menus are     available here. Interested in Meals on Wheels? Visit the Meals on Wheels page.
